Return and exchange orders
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it. To do this, just call or write to us and cancel the order.
In accordance with Chapter II of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Article 26.1. “Remote method of selling goods” and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N 55 p.47, the return of goods of good quality is possible within 7 days from the date of purchase.
In accordance with Chapter II of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Article 25. “Consumer right to exchange goods of good quality”, the exchange of goods of good quality is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return or exchange of a non-food product of good quality is carried out if the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.
We do not accept watches with scuffs, scratches and other external defects. In addition, items made of precious metals with precious stones are not subject to return or exchange.
During the warranty period, the return of hours is possible if the watch is faulty and according to the decision of the warranty workshop.
To return or exchange, the watch must be submitted to the address: 422981, Tatarstan, Chistopol, Engels str., 103, ap.37. Hours are accepted for review and after consideration of the application a refund is made. The term for consideration of an application for a refund is “5” days. Refunds are made to the same bank card with which the payment was made. Crediting of funds to the card is carried out in a period of 5 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank, which was issued a bank card.
